FXC Advisory advises founders, operators, and investors on mergers, acquisitions, and capital raises — within cross-border payments, and nowhere else. Deals of every size, judged by someone who has spent his career inside the sector.
Our focus
Cross-border payments is its own complex world — banks, fintechs, remittance networks, FX infrastructure, and the rails that connect them. Most advisory firms treat it as one line item among many industries they cover. We don't.
FXC Advisory exists for this sector alone. That means every engagement is led by specialist judgment rather than generalist coverage — on valuation, on who the real buyers and investors are, and on how a deal actually gets done in this market.
No other industries to split attention with — every engagement gets a team that lives in payments.
Direct line into FXC Intelligence's market data means sharper positioning and better-informed buyers.
From founder-led businesses to platform-scale transactions, structured with the same rigor.
FXC Advisory LLC is not a registered broker-dealer. Securities and investment banking services offered through GT Securities, Inc., member FINRA/SIPC.
What we do
Sell-side and buy-side advisory for companies across payments, FX, and remittances — from founder-led businesses to private equity-backed platforms.
Arranging growth equity, structured debt, and private placements for payments businesses raising capital from investors globally.
Restructuring, special situations, and strategic options analysis for complex, cross-border circumstances.
FXC Intelligence is a leading data and market intelligence provider for the cross-border payments industry, founded by the same team behind FXC Advisory. That shared background gives FXC Advisory direct visibility into how the sector moves, who the real players are, and where value is actually created.
